Visit of Philippe Caillouet, Meilleur Ouvrier de France (Best Craftsman of France), at Maîtres Laitiers du Cotentin


During 2 days, we had the pleasure to welcome Philippe Caillouet at Maîtres Laitiers du Cotentin. This Meilleur Ouvrier de France des Arts de la Table (Best craftsman of France in culinary arts) has worked in renowned fine dining restaurants in France and England. He notably managed the restaurant of the hôtel Martinez in Cannes, La Palme d’Or (2 Michelin stars), before creating the Fromagerie du Cannet (cheesemonger), then joining the ripening caves of Saint-Haon-le-Châtel (Mons cheese dairy). Interested in terroir, know-how, and exceptional products, he loves to promote producers’ work.



Philippe now joins our partner’s teams in Dubai where he will promote the products of Maîtres Laitiers du Cotentin to Middle East networks of restaurant owners and chefs. On the schedule of these 2 days: meeting with producers, visit of our production units, especially in the PDO Isigny area, tasting of our products.
